The Every Man Project exists to create a safe, supportive space where men can gather to learn, share, and grow. We believe in living with honesty and integrity, building trust and loyalty, and leading with strength balanced by kindness. Our mission is to honor ourselves and others, to lead by example in every aspect of life, and to welcome all men with open arms.
Through connection, guidance, and mutual respect, we strive to help every man become the best version of himself, fostering a community defined by love, honour, and authentic acceptance no matter his race, creed, religion or sexual orientation.

Our Traditions
The foundational commitments that guide how we operate and serve our community.
No Fees for Belonging
Membership will always be free. There will never be dues, initiation fees, annual subscriptions, or financial requirements to attend meetings.
Voluntary Support Only
We operate solely on voluntary donations from members who wish to give, and only if they can.
Integrity in Funding
We accept funds for advertising or product placements aligned with our mission but will never accept payment for speaking positions.
Mission-Driven Merchandise
We may sell our own merchandise to support our mission and expand our reach, but never as a condition of membership.
Optional Paid Activities
Retreats, special events, or extended gatherings may carry fees to cover costs, but our day-to-day meetings remain free.
Open, Adult Brotherhood
Membership is open to any male over the age of 18 who comes freely and willingly to participate in our supportive community.

Guidelines to maintain a safe and supportive environment for all members.
One Warning Only: If your conduct breaches any of the above, you may receive one private warning. A second breach may result in permanent removal from The Every Man Project.

Meeting Format: Our structured 60-minute meetings provide a safe space for sharing and growth.
Meeting Structure
Opening (5 mins)
Secretary welcomes all and reads mission, principles, traditions, and rules
Host Introduction (5 mins)
Secretary introduces the meeting host
Main Discussion (40 mins)
10-15 min talk by host, followed by open discussion (3-4 mins per person)
Closing (10 mins)
Final sharing opportunity and next meeting announcement
Meeting Guidelines
- • Each meeting is approximately 60 minutes
- • Every meeting has a secretary and host
- • Topics are chosen by the host
- • Sharing time is limited to 3-4 minutes per person
- • Raise your hand to participate in discussions
- • All meetings close with "Till Tomorrow"
